Is today Monday…no, wait, it is Saturday! What does it really matter when you are able to love what you are doing, who you are doing it, why you are doing it-truly enjoy it.

Can you take a 5-minute coffee break with me to chat?

• She now enjoys her cup of coffee
• She doesn’t live for the weekends anymore
• Finding her passion was a form of awakening that she is now a happier, more positive person

Is it possible, could it be a possibility…what steps would you need to take to create more enjoyment in your life-or-did it hit home, and you are already in this utopia!

I’d venture to guess many of us are still making our way within our journeys to discover or rediscover those three points. Recently, we reviewed exploring our childhood ambitions and dreams to rejuvenate that spark and in past episodes we have covered suggestions of how to reconnect with perhaps our core talents, dreams or skills that may have gotten lost in the shuffle of life. We’ve talked about goals and plans lately, so today, let’s just have a take another few minutes to sit quietly to just be still. To enjoy a cup of coffee (tea, water, wine or your favorite beverage!) and just be still. While inspiration can come from anywhere, anyone or anything, from our visits and Silhouettes Of Success collaborations, the resources we share with each other, the gifts given throughout of journeys and just life in general. Sometimes that can all be just a little too much to sift through when we are seeking to find something that needs a few moments of tranquility and calm to surface.

So, let’s give each other permission to take a quite 5-minute Coffee Break.
