As a second-generation real estate Broker who grew up playing office at my father’s brokerage. I’ve witnessed the ups and downs of the industry. I remember 18% interest rates, market busts and booms…I even maintained a front desk paper copy of an MLS book!
It’s been a remarkable journey, from pre-licensed real estate administrative roles later as a new licensee with a traditional legacy brand to a flashy new start-up (Agent #23 at your service!) and wrapping up with a local “boutique style” office before opening my own independent firm.
The vignette of Couture Real Estate Firm was sketched out while attending the RISMedia CEO Power Broker Exchange in New York City during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week…need I say more? The motivation intensified, the purposeful mission accelerated with a burning white-hot desire to design and launch a brokerage solely focused on services tailored to the clientele, community and valued partners. To do it with class, consciousness, consistency and a little avant-garde!
Business Mentorship
Instinctively journaling and taking copious notes along the way (a true product of my mother and Grandmother Dorothy) from my first retail job, to the corporate gig with my side hustle of dumpster diving for vintage treasures, later an events, floral and wedding services business back into real estate, whew! My business experience has been enriching as I have evolved during my journey. All of this exposure and experience allowed me to discover, define and unveil the true “Silhouette of Success” for me into the cultivation of who I am today, lessons learned, amazing growth and successes achieved…all ready to share with you!
I’ve been through four significant economic downturns; the 80’s, September 11th, recession of 2007-2009 and now COVID-19…I grew stronger, survived in business and tenaciously striving for more! It’s my goal to serve you, help you grow and support you…are you ready?
