She is a CAI, UCMA, native of Bonham, Texas and a graduate of Texas Christian University. She is a licensed auctioneer, a graduate of Texas Auction Academy, now America’s Auction Academy, and the Professional Ringman’s Institute. Morgan is also a licensed real estate associate in Texas and Oklahoma and has experience with many types of auctions. Her specialties include farm & ranch, recreational, and luxury real estate as well as consulting with non-profits and associations to help them achieve their fundraising goals. Morgan holds the prestigious Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) from the National Auctioneers Association’s Education Institute. In 2015, Morgan was awarded with the Pat Massart Award at the Certified Auctioneers Institute in Bloomington, IA. The Pat Massart award is given to the student with the best auction proposal submitted in year two of the three-year designation program. Morgan has also been awarded with the United Country Master Auctioneer designation, is the 2019 Texas State Champion Auctioneer, and the 2019 International Auctioneer Champion. Morgan is currently serving as an Ambassador for the National Auctioneers Association (NAA) and serves on the NAA FFA Task Force, NAA Community Committee, and the International Auctioneers Championship Committee. She is a member of the Texas Auctioneers Association as well as the Oklahoma State Auctioneers Association. Outside of the real estate auction industry, Morgan is an active member of the Junior League of Oklahoma City. Having a strong and professional stage presence is something that Morgan is accustomed to, having performed as a concert violinist and fiddler at many prestigious events nationwide. She will bring high-energy and charisma to any auction and will help you meet or surpass your goals on sale day.

Advocate: She attributes her advocacy role to her upbringing observing her parent’s role modeling, learning by example to give back to her community. Her passion is vivid when she talks about education and consulting with non-profits. She’s in a very unique position to help raise money that could be the singular path or event to carry or sustain them for their year. Or being entrusted with what could be someone’s largest assets. It’s a big responsibility, every day is different, and she enjoys that!
Performance: Auctioning, Musician, Real Estate…all of these have a common skill set required for success. You are constantly performing and presenting. Morgan talks about goal setting but also perfecting her skills and performance win honing her craft with dedication and structure whether it’s behind the microphone, in the symphony playing the violin or fiddle. Be willing to take the first step and ask for help or guidance from those that have gone before us! For the most part, people love to help other people…just ask!
Education: Helping to share the auction industry with student and youth to share the full spectrum of career paths available. She wonders what impact it may have had when she was in school. There are so many opportunities available to consider. She is working on a program with FFA {Future Farmers of America} to help bring this into the schools in a more formal way. So cool! She’s learned a lot during the pandemic about shifting their business services to maintain a level of interaction and keep the light and entertainment through her skills for engagement.
INTENTIONAL INSPIRATION
Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there and be vulnerable and step out of your comfort zone. I think we all have more people on your side than we think. Take that next step, embrace your vision!
