It helped her access and optimize with one degree of medications. Listen to her Steam Engine story…LOVE IT!
Core Values: Lacie talks about her schedule, she is pretty structured. The first thing she does in the morning is set her intention for the day. What does she need from the day, what does the day need from her. Sometimes is primarily work, sometimes it is family. Work-Life integration is one of her core values, everything blends. She is celebrating her 40th Birthday today and Lacie shares that it’s just recently that she owns her calendar and schedule! She thinks through her priorities to maximize each 30-minute block. Lacie had a great point when discussing calendars and schedules-when it feels like something is wrong-how can we be good at what we are doing when we aren’t truly present and productive without any control in our day. She shares that only in the very recent year(s) gained control of her schedule-it does take work.
