Where do we begin…how about at the core of Fran’s message: YOU are ENOUGH! How often do we have self-doubt or struggle with fear, insecurities, etc? We all do and we can all relate. And it’s all-good!
Think of it as a learned skill, and it takes time and work to build up the resistance to knock back a pesky little negative emotion that might creep into our minds. For some, it’s easy to smack away the little monsters but for most it can be tough or even debilitating. I have been there on more than one, or two or ten occasions! Ah, and truly this is so much of why we are here together; to support, uplift and encourage one another. Remember when Fran talked about having strong spiritual mentors in her life and how in turn she is making it her purpose to be there for as many as she can. I loved when she shared the gift of being there for her niece and seeing so much of her own earlier reflections, how it was such a blessing to be a part of her journey. Yes, yes and yes…we all hunger for the opportunity to give, and receive that support. I’m confident that you too have been there for someone in your life who was seeking support or guidance…we are walking the journey with each other. We encounter so many incredible, unique and different people along the way that inspire, encourage and share life lessons to aid in our growth. Have you ever stopped to connect the dots to certain successes with those that may have aided you in your goals or dreams? It’s pretty remarkable! Something Fran said (ok, everything Fran said!), captured my heart: “Nothing happens by accident and small things that seem insignificant turn out to be very impactful. Don’t minimize the small things, God uses every single thing”. Oh, so true. Don’t be afraid to reach out for help, ask the questions, share the struggle and also do your best to be that mentor, answer the questions or phone when someone reaches out to you. One moment in time can make the difference for a lifetime.
We are not alone; we grow from connecting with each other, collaborating, supporting and being the light for someone else who needs soft illumination to see that their Silhouette of Success is so very bright. You are enough, you are brilliantly enough!
